General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

These GTC govern the contractual relationship between GEWE GmbH and the Customer regarding SwissTrustWidget. By registering or purchasing a plan, the Customer accepts these GTC. These GTC are addressed exclusively to businesses (B2B).

SwissTrustWidget is a cloud-based SaaS enabling businesses to embed Google reviews as a widget. The Service includes: configurable widget, automatic sync, hosting, dashboard and technical support.

Free Plan: Limited use with branding. No expiration. Lifetime Plans: One-time payment for perpetual usage right. No auto-renewal, no recurring fees.

Simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable usage right. The Customer may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

Accurate registration data, secure credentials, compliance with applicable law, proper widget integration.

All prices in CHF, excluding VAT. One-time payment at purchase. Payment via Stripe. The Provider reserves the right to adjust prices for future purchases.

Payments are generally non-refundable. The Customer can test via the free plan before purchase. Exception: permanent service discontinuation (cf. Section 8).

90 days notice by email. Export option offered. Pro-rata refund if discontinued within 24 months of purchase.

Target availability: 99% per month. Scheduled maintenance announced 24h in advance.

No termination needed (Lifetime). Account deletion possible anytime. Data deleted after 30 days. Extraordinary termination by Provider for breach.

Processing per nFADP and GDPR. Details in the separate privacy policy. Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available on request.

All rights to the Service remain with the Provider. The Customer retains ownership of their data.

Confidentiality obligation lasts 3 years post-contract. Liability limited to purchase price. No warranty for uninterrupted operation.

Material changes communicated 30 days in advance by email. Objection within 14 days possible.

Swiss law. Jurisdiction: Bern, Switzerland.
